European Union Consumer Arbitration Service: The European Union has established an arbitration service for the online settlement of consumer disputes under Regulation No. 524/2013. The so-called ODR platform serves as a central point of contact for consumers and traders who wish to settle disputes that fall within the scope of this regulation out of court. It is an interactive website that can be accessed electronically in all official languages of the institutions of the European Union and is free to use. The conciliation body can be reached at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (if the link does not redirect you automatically, select it and copy it into the address bar of your internet browser).
